Refund policy

We offer refunds on eligible items returned within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, please email us at info@luxbalt.lt. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item, and refunds are issued to the original payment method.
